Generally, the following services are included in my word, standard line or hourly fees:

• administrative tasks that are part of the project (quotation, invoice, delivery, communication etc.
• Translating, or proofreading, or revision, depending on what you have ordered
• Researching terms and content
• Formatting text if the computer-aided translation (CAT) software allows for it
• Three-step quality assurance
